Salary: £13.45 per hour.
Hours: Shift‑based working across a 7‑day rolling rota, including some weekends, evenings and bank holidays. Minimum 37 hours per week available with option for overtime.
Sleeping-night work: This is a sleeping-night role.
DBS: Enhanced DBS required.
Pension: 5% employer’s contribution; 5% employee (or matched at 6%)
Holiday entitlement: 28 days PLUS 8 days bank holidays.

As Night Security & Concierge Worker you will provide a calm, consistent and reassuring night-time presence for young people aged 16 and over who are leaving care and living at Flavia and Strickland. The role is responsible for safety, security, housing management and property-related functions. It does not include personal care or individual support.
You are the steady overnight presence young people can rely on – someone who offers warmth, fairness and clear boundaries in an environment where feeling safe really matters.
