Progression Coach

Hours: 37 hours per week; day, evening, and weekend work.
Salary Band 2: £24,622 – £28,418 pro rata
Contract type: 12 months fixed term (renewable by agreement & subject to funding)
Pension: employer’s contribution 6%, employees’ contribution 6%
Holiday entitlement: 28 days + 8 days bank holidays

We are looking for an experienced Progression Coach to work across our supported accommodation for young people aged 16-24 years. We are looking for someone with emotional resilience, who can confidently deal with stressful situations and can use their initiative. Previous experience of working with and supporting vulnerable young adults and the ability to complete support plans, risk assessments, risk management plans and safeguarding policies and procedures is essential. The Progression Coach forms part of the Accommodations Team.
