Dave joined Key in 2017, bringing a wealth of experience from a multi-sector career supporting vulnerable people to make positive changes to get their lives back on track and reach their potential.
His empathy, resilience, ability to listen to others and passion for enacting positive change means he is acutely aware of the difficulties that young people and their families face.
Dave was appointed Prevention and Intervention Manager after qualifying as an accredited mediator and is responsible for the efficient leadership, performance and management of the service, ensuring effective joined-up delivery and the achievement of good outcomes for young people and their families accessing support.
Additionally, Dave is client relationship and service management champion, responsible for In-Form, Key’s online case and service management system.
