With a background in the civil service, procurement and community development, Jo is responsible for Key’s growth as a community champion.
She secured new premises to accommodate two merged foodbanks and managed the move of Key’s foodbank to its new premises in Boldon Lane, which enabled us to meet the growing demand for this invaluable service.
Key’s community development programmes have doubled in number and reach since Jo commenced in post.
“As a committed Christian and South Tynesider, it is a privilege to work with a charity whose roots are so firmly planted in its local community. Every day I get to see the amazing work Key does, which would not be possible without our local volunteers. The amazing services which Key delivers enables our children and young people to flourish and achieve their dreams”.
