Kevin Hall

Resettlement and Retainment Team Leader

Kevin has worked at Key since 2009 and is Key’s longest-serving staff member. In recent years the charity has gone through a period of rapid growth, and as a member of the senior management team, Kevin has enjoyed playing a role in its development.

Kevin leads the Resettlement and Retainment team helping young people develop the skills and knowledge they need to live successfully independently. With over twenty-five years of experience of relating to disadvantaged young people, he has a unique insight into how past experiences impact their identity and behaviour and how best to help them overcome barriers and achieve their goals.

He is qualified with the CIH (Chartered Institute for Housing), as well as numerous qualifications across the Youth and Community Work and Health and Social Care sectors.

“Key is committed to making sure young people’s voices are heard, in our organisation, in our community and beyond. We’re passionate about growing their confidence, raising their aspirations, and engaging them in enriching opportunities to have their say. Accompanying our young people to Parliament to witness PMQs from the public gallery stands out for me and sets Key apart from the rest.”
