Kevin has worked at Key since 2009, making him the charity’s longest-serving staff member. During a period of rapid growth, he has played a key role in shaping the organisation’s development as part of the senior management team.
He leads the Resettlement and Retainment team, supporting young people to develop the skills and knowledge they need to live independently and successfully. With over 25 years of experience working with disadvantaged young people, Kevin has a unique understanding of how past experiences shape identity and behaviour—and how best to help them overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
Kevin holds qualifications from the Chartered Institute for Housing (CIH), as well as across Youth and Community Work and Health and Social Care.
