Theonis has over 23 years’ experience working with young people across a range of organisations and settings. This has given him a strong understanding of both local and global issues affecting young people today. He has also contributed to the development and improvement of policies at a global level, helping to create safer environments and stronger support systems for young people.
He is passionate about supporting young people to achieve their aspirations and believes in creating opportunities for them to learn from experience, build confidence, and develop into positive and responsible members of society.
Theonis believes Key Community is a highly impactful organisation that makes a meaningful and lasting difference in the lives of young people, and he is proud to be part of this work. As Team Leader within Leaving Care Accommodation, he is committed to providing safe, supportive and homely environments where young people can thrive, reach their full potential, and successfully transition into independence.
