Young people, and their families, were supported by our Prevention & Intervention team in 2025, helping prevent homelessness, strengthen family relationships, and promote positive outcomes.
Vulnerable people received emergency food parcels in 2025, ensuring individuals and families in crisis had access to essential supplies during difficult times.
